Commission
The Astoria Development Commission (ADC) is the urban renewal agency for the City of Astoria. It was formed in 1979. The Commission is comprised of the Astoria City Council members. Its purpose is to administer the Astor-East and Astor-West urban renewal plans. Members serve four-year terms concurrent with their City Council elected terms. The ADC publishes an Annual Report.

Meetings
Regular meetings are held as needed on the 1st and 3rd Mondays of each month after the regular City Council meeting which begins at 7:00p.m., in the City Hall Council Chambers, 1095 Duane Street.
